Powiśle evolved from trading and fishing areas in the Middle Ages to Warsaw's first industrial district. The proximity to the Vistula River favored trade, although frequent floods made it difficult to build permanent residential structures. The 20th century brought changes in the form of industrial decline and the emergence of new investments, gradually changing the image of Powiśle and transforming it into a space more friendly to residents and tourists. Now Powiśle, with numerous attractions, hotels, restaurants, a university, and closeness to the Royal Castle, has become a trendy and vibrant district.

It is here, with a beautiful view of the Vistula and the Świętokrzyski Bridge, that the Sava Boutique Hotel Warsaw was established. The former building, constructed in the modernist style, was renovated drawing from the art nouveau style. The nearby attractions, unique design, and friendly service make Sava Boutique Hotel an interesting place for training, meetings, or workshops.
